GENERAL SERVICES
- Training (includes board) $800 per
month
- Show Horse Maintenance Board $22 per
day
- Supplements, Medications, Farrier and
Veterinary Care billed separately
Thirty Day Notice Policy - Client
may remove training horse from Gollehon Show
Horses at any time with 30 days written notice
to Gollehon Show Horses on a month to month
basis. Gollehon Show Horses shall be paid in
full for all fees incurred up to termination
date including the final 30 days of training.
SHOW FEES
- Day Charge $55 per day for every day
away from home
- Mileage 65 cents per mile with a $100
minimum ***A surcharge may be added depending on
the cost of fuel.
- Lessons/Coaching at the show $80 per day
- English Mane Braiding $60
- Entries, Stalls, Shavings-Charged at
cost with split of extras such as tack stalls, show
set up, furniture & golf cart rental, etc.
- Winnings / Payback 50% after entry
fee is deducted
Some larger shows (such as the
Reichert, Congress & World) may be billed at a flat
rate, nonrefundable for any reason. All inclusive
except for entries and bedding. Payable in advance.
- Agents Fee / Commission 10% of sale
price
- Consultation $75 per hour + $25 per
hour travel time
- Lessons at Gollehon Quarter Horses $50 per hour
- Photography / Video Shoot $100 plus
preparation (banding or braiding)
BILLING
- A 4% convenience fee will be added to
all credit card transactions. All invoices will be
sent by the 1st of the month and are due upon
receipt.
