After raising babies for over 25 years we have produced many ApHC World, National, International and NSBA Champions. A few years ago our focus changed more toward the Quarter Horse industry. Our experience has given us a background and a feel for matching up broodmares and stallions. Every time we create a new foal we are ‘inventing’ something new continuously evolving toward the ideal pleasure horse. We first look for the bloodline we want and then find an individual within that bloodline that has the qualities we’re looking for. We feel we now have a select group of black-type mares that are similar in conformation and style with soft, slow legged movement. One of our priorities in our mares is that they have a great top line with their withers as high or higher than their hip. This conformation trait is very necessary to create the balance and self carriage required by the show horses of today. Along with having this form to function conformation, today’s foals have to have ‘stop you in your tracks’ movie star presence to get your attention. We strive to not only have pretty mares but pretty babies as well with modern bloodlines at the top of the industry. We invite you to look over our mares and babies and see the stars of tomorrow.
